Please complete the Get Started form prior to making your booking. The form allows us to evaluate your query and give you a suggested consultation time.
Once you have had confirmation of the call you need to book you can proceed to book your session on our Book a Call page. Once you select your service you will be taken to the bookings calendar where you can choose your appointment date and time. You can then pay for your booking. You will get confirmation of your booking along with a Zoom Link.
Please allow yourself enough time to gather any documentation that we have requested in our response to you. This will enable you to get the most out of the session with us. You can upload any documents we have requested on the form.

We answer a lot of the most common queries on our FAQ page, so please take time to review it if you have any questions.
If for any reason, you do not attend, we will keep the call open for the full duration of your consultation time. You will be deemed to have completed the consultation and the fee will not be refundable.
If there are technical difficulties at our end which prevent a satisfactory conversation, we will offer you the option to re-book your appointment for no additional charge.
If there are technical difficulties are at your end, we will telephone you and complete the consultation via telephone to the best of our abilities. We can, at our discretion, allow you to re-book your appointment.
At the end of your session, the Zoom meeting will close automatically and the consultation session will be deemed to have finished.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the start time by sending an email to email@example.com or calling 07790 017165
We will refund your booking fee within seven days, less an administration fee of 10%
Cancellation within 12 hours of your consultation start time will incur a fee of 50% of your booking.
If for any reason, our advisor needs to cancel the consultation, we will notify you as soon as possible and will either re-schedule your consultation or refund your booking fee.
