Service Description

Over a full hour call, one of our experts will talk you through your queries and give you detailed advice about what you need to do next. A transcript of the call will be sent to you after the session. Please ensure you have completed our GET STARTED form before you book a call. If you have already uploaded documents referring to your query, then we will review these in advance of the call.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the start time by sending an email to hello@mytaxadvisor.org or calling 07790 017165 • We will refund your booking fee within seven days, less an administration fee of 10% • Cancellation within 12 hours of your consultation start time will incur a fee of 50% of your booking. • If for any reason, our advisor needs to cancel the consultation, we will notify you as soon as possible and will either re-schedule your consultation or refund your booking fee.
